Meeting with consulate on the flood relief program

The President of Madhesh Association in America (MAA) Mr. manoj kr. singh recently met with community leaders and concerned representatives to discuss the devastating floods affecting communities in Nepal. During the meeting, he expressed deep concern over the loss of lives, homes, livelihoods, and infrastructure caused by the disaster. The discussion focused on urgent relief, including food, clean drinking water, medicines, temporary shelters, and support for displaced families. The MAA President emphasized the importance of coordination among government agencies, local organizations, volunteers, and the Nepali diaspora. He reaffirmed MAA’s commitment to supporting affected communities and contributing to relief, recovery, and long-term rehabilitation efforts.
